I have been a customer of Robke Automotive for 14 years and have had a great experience in buying cars and having the cars serviced there. Even though I live in Louisville, KY, the trip to their dealership always seems to be worth the effort.
 
My family and I have bought four used cars and two new ones from Robke over our history together. Further, I entrusted my 1965 Corvette Roadster with Robke Chevrolet in two different major body work projects knowing they would handle the assignment with professionalism and care required for a classic American muscle car like my ‘Vette.

First Visit - Of course you can't base a decision on one review, good or bad... or rate a service shop on a single visit - but if you are like me having just moved to the area, I highly recommend Robke Auto for service work. I saw something that said all makes, so I made an appointment for my Hyundai last Saturday. I have never been treated so well at a service shop. The fella that helped me explained everything, gave me options on a couple small maintenance things that needed done and really made me feel that he cared. The service took a little longer than I thought it would, but my appointment made my car the next one in and I realize that they are not Jiffy Lube... thankfully, because they are half the price and really took time to service my car right. If you don't know who to go to for car service, try Robke... you will be glad you did!

Robke is the BEST! I took my daughter to Robke's to purchase a used car; we did not have much money. They gave us the best deal and even though we only spent $5,000 they treated us like we were buying a brand new one. I send all my friends there and tell them to see Rickey Steed. He was so nice to my daughter and really treated her good. We went to other places in Florence, but we bought at Robke.
